Greetings; the Yorktown Chief Warrant Officer Association has come up with guidance to assist persons interested in the Chief Warrant Officer Appointment process.  The application process for appointment to Chief Warrant Officer-2 (W-2) is very competitive, only packages that reflect top performers (E-6 through E-9) in their rating specialty are considered.
